Fot the men that are experts on what a woman should do and the likes. I am wondering what makes a man an expert on women? Why not ask the women what makes them tick, what they like and want in a man, please do not assume that because what you have experienced is the big deal of many women, we each no matter what want a honest, dedicated, loving, manly responsible man.  It is not always about your looks either, because men seem to put women in a bracket and I say you also get what your hands calls for.We do not criticise you because of your weight, height or the rest but some of you put down what our weight should be, our height, etc. When do you all see yourselves overweight, too short, hair too long, etc. Same applies to men as women, we are a little more modest in our approach to those things. I am no expert in the field but common sense and experience gives me the insight to see we are looked on different.

I personally have a problem with our men and our women that air their dirty laundry in the street. We are suppose to at all times behind closed doors discuss any situation that arises. I do not disrespect my black men even though there are short comings to some. A lot times we as black women must relaize that we must give respect in order to get respect. Some angry  comes from making the wrong choice for a man, what does not work for you may work for another woman. Never fear turning lose that which does not please. It is a reason for the moving on it may not be in God's plan for you. Believe that once you enter some ones life and it is over what you were put there is completed JOB WELL DONE.  You attract that which you perceive in your mind so in making these choices you have to visualize the exact man that you desire. We as a race are at times our worst enemy that gives other races a reason to add more to the fire. No one is better than our race and the reason whites make such comments is lack of knowledge and understanding of the black race. I worked with them for 40 yrs sometimes being the only black in my dept. You would be surprised at the lack  of knowledge they have about us.

This is a that subject sometimes portrays black women in a negative light.....
It makes Black women look like they are always angry..... IE The Super Bowl Commercial.....

Racist Superbowl Commercial - Pepsi Ad Stereotypes Black Women

Classy black ladies, do you remember when I told you that we must hold the media and commercial companies accountable for the negative stereotypes they put out there about black women? Well the Pepsi commercial that aired during the Superbowl this evening is a perfect example of what I mean.

Have you seen this racist Pepsi commercial that negatively stereotypes black women as angry and violent yet? In it a black woman bullies her black husband for eating bad things and at the end throws a can of Pepsi at a white woman he smiles at. Think I'm kidding?

This video was a part of a Pepsi contest and guess what? It won and was displayed for millions to view! From what I've heard (not entirely sure) it was created by a white man. Now do you think the people that this producer chose for these roles was purely coincidental OR did he make that choice to play on the negative stereotypes of the angry black woman that the media puts out day in and out?

So again black ladies, I implore you to step up and say something. It is unacceptable for the media to continue to perpetuate these negative stereotypes of black women.

Nice topic, for me personally, it takes a lot for me to get mad, angry or upset, I was once told I was a MAD BLACK WOMAN, while going thur my divorce, not so, I was a TIRED BLACK WOMAN...total diffrence, when you have had enough, trust enough is more than enough, no Madness involved...

The reason I made the statement is because what makes a person indefferent is not being alike and I so often here the comment A Mad Black Woman, I thought it a reasonable topic. It takes a lot for me personally to get angry. I have the ability to move on. This  is not me personally I am not man at no man. Yes there may be many reasons any person is out of sink with a man or woman. If you can see the point I am making that is a plus. Men in general do not upset me, I am a even temper  woman and all for the man in my life. But if it is said so many times that the woman is a mad black woman then we should examine how each of us are looked at and what constitutes certain behaviors in order to be more acceptable in society. And modify that behavior to become upstanding women and men. The what not to do on each side of the spectrum. If we could converse more with out thinking that every thing is a personal situation that would open the door for things that men may not be aware that women look at and are aware of your behaviors. Those things above are not impressive and are looked upon as a negative. Maybe not you but others do it every day. That is why I said I was sure there are many more.
